Terms and Conditions – 7cx Game Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7cx Game platform, accessible at 7cxgame.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game within the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published for specific features such as Promotions, Bonus Offers or Sports Betting. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific set of rules, the more specific rules will apply to that feature.

7cx Game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are an active player.

2 Account Registration

To access any gaming features on 7cx Game, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations and ongoing account use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7cx Game is strictly an adult entertainment platform.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. False names, incorrect dates of birth, or unverifiable contact details will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 7cx Game will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your own failure to secure your account.
• Account verification, including identity documents and payment method confirmation, may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

3 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 7cx Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not hold funds in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallet options as made available from time to time. The current list of active payment options is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are shown at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 7cx Game does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 7cx Game account balance in PKR and are available for use on all eligible games and sports markets immediately upon confirmation.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support as soon as possible. Once funds have been used in gameplay, they cannot be reversed.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. The following conditions apply:

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document submission.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• Withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or if additional checks are required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 7cx Game reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks on any withdrawal request, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds will only be sent to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7cx Game offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and category-specific promotions for Sports, Live Casino and Game Lobby. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page for each individual offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts and qualifying game categories, are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds become available for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period are stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or third-party deposits, will be voided and the account suspended.
• 7cx Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice and their balance handled in accordance with the original promotion terms.
• Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Game Lobby and Sports Betting

The 7cx Game platform includes a Game Lobby with over 500 titles, a Live Casino section with real dealer tables, and a Sports Betting section covering Cricket, Football and Esports. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting features:

• All games in the Game Lobby operate using RNG (Random Number Generation) systems provided by the game's software developer. 7cx Game does not alter game outcomes. RTP figures are available within each game's information panel.
• Sports betting odds are set by the platform and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the platform, particularly during key moments in a match or event.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session or a sports bet, the platform will refer to server records to determine the outcome. In cases where a definitive outcome cannot be established, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply per game and per sports market. These limits are displayed before a wager is placed and are non-negotiable outside of any VIP arrangements.
• PSL, international T20 and domestic Cricket markets follow standard sports betting settlement rules. Match result markets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled match or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjusted result where applicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7cx Game. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Colluding with other players in any game format where collusion affects the fairness of outcomes for other participants.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Abusing the platform's customer support team with threatening, abusive or discriminatory language.
• Claiming multiple bonuses through different accounts or using referral programmes fraudulently.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

7cx Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised against a deposit made to the account.
• Self-exclusion requested by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If an account is suspended due to a suspected breach rather than a confirmed one, and the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any funds held during the suspension period returned in full. Where a confirmed breach is found, the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out via the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

9 Responsible Gaming

7cx Game is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial pressure. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits – set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your account.
• Session time controls – set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Self-exclusion – temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing gaming features on the platform.

These tools are accessible from your account dashboard without the need to contact support. 7cx Game strongly encourages players to use them if they feel their gaming habits are affecting their budget, daily routine or personal relationships.

Gaming should always be approached as paid entertainment. Outcomes on all games are determined by random processes. No strategy, pattern or system changes the underlying mathematics of a game. Never chase losses and never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.

10 Privacy and Data

7cx Game collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform security. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights in relation to it are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and other service providers necessary to operate the platform, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about your account at any time. You may also request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

11 Limitation of Liability

7cx Game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

• 7cx Game is not liable for any loss of winnings or access to funds resulting from actions taken under these Terms, including account suspension for Terms violations.
• The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• In the event of a game error or technical fault, the platform's maximum liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round or bet.
• 7cx Game does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

12 Changes to These Terms

7cx Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top of the document. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the platform or via registered contact details.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any eligible balance withdrawal.

These Terms are written in English and the English version takes precedence in the event of any dispute about interpretation. These Terms are intended to be read and understood by players based in Pakistan and are written in accordance with that context.
